There is not an easier way to brew high quality pour-over coffee.

Needing about 30 seconds of hands on time, it lets you get on with you life rather than having to fuss over a traditional pour-over method.

The encapsulation approach harnesses the coffee’s natural swelling in hot water to prevent channel formation and to ensure uniform and universal wetting. This results in balanced and even extraction - that is, a great cup of coffee every time!

There is no need for any special preparation, any additional equipment or pouring technique. Just put in the coffee, shake to level, insert the filter plate and do a single pour.

It is that simple!

The primary filter is always the perfect coffee bed in the brewer’s body. You will get very small amounts of coffee solids in your coffee, depending on your coffee type and grind size, but not enough to be an issue.

If you don’t want any easily visible coffee solids in your cup, you can use the Adaptor with the 200 micron metal filter.

If you prefer the taste of coffee without the coffee oils you can use the Adaptor with the 26 gsm paper filters.

If you want a really clear cup of coffee you can double the paper filtering using an additional Adaptor (requires purchase of additional Adaptor).

The Simple Smart Coffee Brewer has been designed in accordance with our design principle - create products that ‘strive to be immortal’.

We have only used 304 Stainless Steel and high-quality food grade silicone, both of which have an indefinite lifespan. Importantly, silicone is not a plastic and does not breakdown into microplastics.

The design has no pressure seals, that always need replacing a some time, and as few joints as possible.

It should last a lifetime.

We have also taken care to design cardboard packaging that can be recycled (or hopefully used as storage).
